Can you move our office without us taking a day off?
+Absolutely — this is our specialty. We move after hours and on weekends so your team never misses a workday. We also offer phased moves by department or floor if you can't vacate the whole space at once. Most of our clients are back at their desks Monday morning like nothing happened.
Do you handle IT and computer equipment?
+Yes. We wrap and transport monitors, desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment. For server rooms, we coordinate directly with your IT team to ensure nothing is disconnected out of sequence. We label all cables and components so your IT staff can reconnect quickly. We don't perform the IT reconnection itself, but we make it as easy as possible.
Can you disassemble and reassemble our furniture?
+Yes — desks, cubicle panels, conference tables, shelving, and most systems furniture. We work from your floor plan to place everything exactly where it belongs in the new space. If you have manufacturer-specific furniture that requires a certified tech, we'll let you know upfront and can coordinate with your vendor.
How do you protect our floors and walls?
+We stage floor protection (Masonite, ram board, or carpet film) for both the origin and destination before anything moves. Door frames get padded, elevator walls get blankets, and corners get foam protection. We've moved into Class A high-rises and never received a damage claim from building management.
How long does an office move take?
+A small office (10–20 people) typically moves in one day. A mid-size office (20–50 people) usually takes a weekend. Larger offices (50–150 people) can be done in 2–3 days or phased over multiple weekends. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your walkthrough — no surprises.
What if we need to move on short notice?
