Questions about office decommissioning

What does office decommissioning include?

It covers removing furniture, workstations, and equipment you are leaving behind and preparing the space for handback. The exact items are listed in your written scope.

What happens to the furniture we leave behind?

Depending on condition, items can be donated, resold, recycled, or disposed of. We document the plan for each category during the walkthrough.

Can you work to our lease-end date?

Yes. Share your surrender date and any landlord requirements during the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them, including evening and weekend work when the building allows it.

How is decommissioning priced?

We walk the space, document what is being removed and the access requirements, and provide a written price for that scope. Requested changes are confirmed separately.
