Welcome to Business Moving Group ("BMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website businessmoving.com and our commercial moving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

Business Moving Group provides commercial moving services exclusively for businesses in Southern California. All moves are subject to a signed contract and written estimate provided after an on-site walkthrough. Pricing quoted during the walkthrough is guaranteed not to exceed the written estimate under the agreed-upon scope of work.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by BMG are based on the information gathered during the free on-site walkthrough. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Changes to the scope of work after the estimate may result in adjusted pricing.

Insurance and Liability

BMG carries $2 million in commercial insurance on every job. We offer two levels of valuation protection: Released Value Protection (included at no charge) and Full Value Protection (available for an additional fee). Complete details of coverage options and limitations are provided with every written estimate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled move date. Late cancellations or same-day cancellations may be subject to fees. Contact your project manager for details.

Limitation of Liability
