We document every office, cubicle, conference room, server closet, kitchen, and storage area. We create floor plans for both locations.
Fixed Quote & Labels
You get a locked price and we deliver boxes, crates, red bags for electronics, and color-coded labels with your office numbering system.
Move & Set Up
Everything is placed per your floor plan. Desks assembled, monitors positioned, conference rooms arranged. We do a final walkthrough with you before we leave.

Cubicle & Workstation
Systems furniture disassembly and reassembly. Modular cubicle teardown, transport, and rebuild at the new location per your layout.
Conference Rooms
TVs, whiteboards, AV equipment, video conferencing gear. All dismounted, packed, transported, and reinstalled in your new conference rooms.
Kitchens & Common Areas
Refrigerators (defrosted 24hrs prior), microwaves, coffee makers, dishes, supplies. All packed, moved, and organized at the destination.

Employees empty their drawers into envelopes and pack small items in the boxes we provide. Laptops must be taken home. We provide red bags for keyboards, mice, phones, and cables. Everything is labeled with the new office number.
TVs, whiteboards, glass boards, and artwork are labeled and noted on the floor plan. We confirm whether BMG or your IT/facilities vendor handles dismounting and remounting. Commonly missed items like chair mats and trash cans are on our checklist.
You have 24 hours to report damage and 5 days to file a formal claim with photos. Our in-house furniture repair team can fix most damage at no cost under Full Value Protection. We also carry $2M in commercial liability insurance.
Yes. Box and crate pickup after the move is included in your estimate. Just let your PM know when your team is done unpacking and we'll schedule the pickup.
