Yes. We start Friday evening after your team leaves and work through the night and weekend so the office is set up by Monday morning.
Yes. Our crews work with the major office furniture brands, including Herman Miller, Steelcase and Haworth. We take it apart, move it and rebuild it per your floor plan.
Empty drawers into envelopes and pack small items in the boxes we provide. Laptops go home with them. We provide red bags for keyboards, mice, phones and cables. Everything gets labeled with the new office number.
TVs, whiteboards, glass boards and artwork are labeled and marked on the floor plan. We confirm whether BMG or your IT or facilities vendor takes them down and puts them back up. Easy-to-miss items like chair mats and trash cans are on our checklist.
You have 24 hours to report damage and 5 days to file a claim with photos. Our own furniture repair team can fix most damage at no cost under Full Value Protection. We also carry $2M in commercial liability insurance.
Yes. Box and crate pickup is included in your estimate. Tell your PM when your team is done unpacking and we will schedule it.
