We coordinate with building management to reserve elevators exclusively, secure loading docks, and clear pathways. Multi-floor moves use color-coded labels so items go to the right floor automatically.
Every move includes $2M in commercial liability insurance. You can choose between Released Value Protection (free, 60¢/lb) or Full Value Protection (2% of declared value) for your contents. We recommend Full Value for high-value equipment.
Absolutely. Weekend and after-hours moves are our specialty. Most commercial clients choose Friday evening through Sunday specifically so their team doesn't lose a single work day.
Yes. We deliver boxes, reusable crates, color-coded labels, and red bags for electronics in advance. Packing instructions are included. We also pick up all empty materials after the move.
