Quick Answer
Business relocation is moving a company from one office, warehouse or building to another. A full relocation usually includes planning, floor plans, IT timing, building access, employee instructions, furniture handling, vendor scheduling and setup at the new location. BMG coordinates those pieces under one written scope and one do-not-exceed price.
IT has to unplug the servers. The building needs the elevator booked. Employees need packing instructions. Vendors need the new address. It all lands on you.
The lease starts Monday and the build-out ran late. Now you have days, not weeks, to move.
One company packs, another moves, another sets up furniture. Nobody owns the schedule, so things get missed.
We book the elevator, send your building the COI it requires, and follow your floor plan.
You get our checklists and ready-to-send employee emails. We have used them on commercial moves.
We agree on the dates and a written do-not-exceed price for the documented scope before we start. Anything outside the written scope is quoted as a change order you approve before we do it.
