What is the fastest way to get a quote from BMG?
Booking a free 30-minute walkthrough is the fastest path to a fixed-price quote. You can book online at /booking, or call (949) 866-4583 and we will get a slot on the calendar within 24-48 hours. Written quote follows within one business day of the walkthrough.
Do you charge for site walkthroughs or quotes?
No. The site walkthrough and the written, all-inclusive fixed-price quote are both free. There is no obligation. We only get paid if you decide to hire us for the move.
What hours can I reach Business Moving Group?
Our office is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific. After-hours calls go to a 24/7 voicemail that we monitor; we return calls the same business day. Walkthroughs and moves themselves can be scheduled in the evenings, on weekends, or overnight to avoid disrupting your operations.
Where is Business Moving Group based?
Our headquarters and yard are in Orange County, California. We serve all of Orange County and Los Angeles County, including the Inland Empire on a project basis. We hold $2M in commercial liability insurance for every move and are CAL-T licensed.
Do you offer same-day or emergency moves?
Same-day moves depend on crew availability and move size. Emergency lease-end clears, eviction surrenders, and short-notice decommissions are something we have done many times. Call us directly at (949) 866-4583 — do not use the online form for emergencies.
Can you move us outside of Southern California?
For long-distance commercial moves, we coordinate with vetted partner crews on the destination side. We have done coordinated moves to Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, and Texas. Send us an email with your origin, destination, and approximate move size and we will scope it.
How quickly can you start a move once we sign?
Most office moves can start within 1–2 weeks of signing. Larger warehouse and industrial relocations need 3–6 weeks of planning. If you are facing a hard lease deadline, tell us at the walkthrough — we plan around it.
What information should I have ready before calling?
Origin and destination addresses, approximate square footage, target move date, and the type of items being moved (office furniture, IT equipment, racking, machinery, etc.). If you have a floor plan, sending it ahead of the walkthrough lets us scope more accurately.
