A project manager visits your space, lists every item, and checks elevator times, loading dock access and anything fragile. No obligation.

Do you charge for site walkthroughs or quotes?
No. The walkthrough and the written fixed-price quote are both free, with no obligation. You pay only if you hire us.
What hours can I reach Business Moving Group?
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific. After-hours calls go to voicemail and we call back the same business day. Moves can be scheduled for evenings, weekends or overnight so your business keeps running.
Where is Business Moving Group based?
We are based in Orange County, California, and serve all of Orange County and Los Angeles County, plus the Inland Empire for larger projects. Every move carries $2M in commercial liability insurance.
Do you offer same-day or emergency moves?
Same-day moves depend on crew availability and the size of the job. For a lease-end move-out or a short-notice clean-out, call us directly at (949) 444-0211 instead of using the online form.
Can you move us outside of Southern California?
For long-distance moves, we work with partner crews at the destination. Email us your current address, new address and rough move size, and we will tell you what it takes.
How quickly can you start a move once we sign?
Most office moves can start 1-2 weeks after you sign. Larger warehouse and industrial moves need 3-6 weeks of planning. If your lease ends on a fixed date, tell us at the walkthrough and we will plan around it.
What information should I have ready before calling?
Both addresses, rough square footage, your target move date, and what is moving (office furniture, IT equipment, racking, machinery). If you have a floor plan for the new space, send it before the walkthrough.
